Private George (Thomas?) Conlon
16082 18th Manchester Regiment
Born in Burnley 4th June 1897
Prisoner of War 21st March 1918 at St. Quentin

Another name not on your POW list. I'm not sure about this one though as I cannot find any records for a soldier of the name George Conlon. I can find a soldier of the name T. Conlon of the Manchester Rgt with that number though, so this is why I'm questioning it. His details on the POW sheet (attached) are 16082 George Conlon C Coy 18th Manchester Rgt. Captured at St. Quentin 21/03/1918 and held POW at Cassel. He was born 04/06/1897 at Burnley and lived in Burnley. In the 1911vCensus returns I can only find one Thomas Conlon with the above details and he has an older brother called Thom, so a tad confusing! I cannot find anyone called George Conlon for Burnley though.
