After a lot of head scratching it looks like it was actually 10774 Sergeant Fletcher Benson Craig serving under an assumed name as per your entry which i presume came from the Absent Voters List ??

His MIC records him as Josephus CRAGG but his medal roll entry looks like it may have J. B. Craig crossed out due to medals being named to the name they enlisted under rather than their actual name. I have come across this before.
