My dads brother is John Holgate 36 Firth Street Burnley. My dad was was in the RF also the Welsh Borders Reg He  went to Russia, ( in command was General Ironside)There was also another brother that was in the Great War Joseph Holgate and possibly another brother Edward Holgate but I'm not sure about Edward because he had health problems. The oldest brother Herbert Holgate Pte. 9361 died at Ypres in May 1915

The brothers parents were Charles Foster William Holgate and Mary Holgate, (Md Seymour Hawke.)
