"I think you might be missing the above from your Burnley men who served and survived the great war. Enlisted in Burnley 28th. Dec 14 with the East Lancs. and was discharged 3 April 1919 then in the Machine Gun Corps.
He was wounded at Loos but I know little else of the war years except that for the rest of his life he lived at 27 Devonshire Rd. and was a stalwart of Burnley Cricket Club"
