Victim of Flying Accident

Flt.-Lieut. Austin Robert Quinn, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Quinn, of Wallasey, and formerly of Burnley, has been killed in a flying accident in West Africa.
His father, Mr. James Quinn, was well known in Burnley for his "Old Towneley Tales," which appeared in the "Express" over a period of two or three years.

Buried in the Yaba Cemetery, Nigeria.

Aged 31, the son of James and Mary Jane Quinn; husband of Joan Winifred Quinn, of Whaley Bridge, Derbyshire.
