I have attached a photo of the war memorial at KO. You will see Blacklock’s name is the first name on the plaque. According to our records William and Jane Blacklock had 12 children. They must have left KO by 1901 when they appear on a census return in Blackpool. Richard died of wounds in no. 59 Casualty Clearing Station. His brother Cyril was a Sapper in the Royal Engineers. We don’t have much about them and the material you sent was very helpful.
