Matthew Henry Holroyd birth registered Burnley June quarter 1889 son of Matthew and Mary Elizabeth (Nee Musson) Married Beatrice Luuisa Willis at St Stephen Church Burnley 1911. She married again as Hall. Think he must have enlisted September 1914. He transferred to Army Cyclist Company of 31st Division 2/10/1915 as 9929. Died 24/10/18 and buried Burnley cemetery as Holdroyd. Think his pals number could be 15691? but not sure.
