WEAVER PRESUMED DEAD (Burnley Express 29th June 1918)

Mr. and Mrs Taylor, 33 Charlotte-street, Burnley, have been notified of the death of their son. Pte. Thomas Taylor, 36646 of the Leicestershire Regt., who had been missing since the 3rd of May 1917. Before enlisting in February 1916, he was a weaver at Haythornthwaites Mount Pleasant Mill and was also a member of St. Aidan's Mission. He was aged 29 years. Three brothers are serving, two in France and the other in Scotland.
