Member, American Society of Civil Engineers; Member, American Society of Mechanical Engineers; Fellow and Life Member, American Institute of Electrical Engineers. Publications: Papers read before Institute of Electrical Engineers, for which awarded Paris Premium; paper read before Institute of Municipal Engineers, for which awarded Year Prize; author of " American Hydro-Electric Practice," " Transformer Practice," " Calculation of Electric Conductors," " Tidal Power "; writer of numerous papers in the engineering press.
